Mr. Zhang Lin

Mr. Zhang joined Kaier Inc. in November 2021 as CEO of the Company and executive director of China Agricultural Holdings Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong.

Mr. Zhang has more than 20 years of international investment banking experiences, and has rich experience in enterprise including listing, M&A, venture capital investment and asset management. He used to  serve as chairman of Zhejiang OMO Fund Investment Management Co., Ltd., chairman of Hongling M&A Fund , member of decision-making committee of Hongling M&A Fund, president of Delton capital and financial advisor for several listed companies.
