Mr. LI Jianxing

Mr. Li has closer 40-year experience working in the field of accounting and corporate finance. Mr. Li has substantial management experience in various listed companies, investment business, investor relations and project management. Mr. Li used to serve as  senior manager of both the investment department and finance department of China Everbright Holdings Co., Chief Finance Officer for Intermost Corporation, General Manager of Investor Relations in China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd.

Mr. Li Has been an independent non-executive Director, a member of audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee since  2011 for a HK listco. Mr. Li graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a Bachelor Degree in accounting and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Canisius College of Buffalo.
