Operating duty

1. Personnel recruitment and talent reserve;

2. Formulate the company's performance appraisal, employee incentive, reward and punishment system, and implement the appraisal;

3. Improve the salary structure system;

4. Formulate annual training plan and implement training and assessment;

5. Improve the company's rules and HR regulations, supervise and implement them.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology, management and other related majors;

2. At least 3 years working experience in human resources management and at least 1 year working experience in the same position;

3. Be proficient in professional knowledge in the fields of human resource management, management and psychology, and have strong affinity, communication and coordination ability and learning ability;

4. Good writing, proficient in using computer and office software.
