ob responsibilities:

1. Formulate platform operation strategy and form platform sales and promotion plan;

2. Carry out accurate marketing and activity planning according to customers' purchase process and consumption psychology;

3. Be responsible for core operation indicators, extend user life cycle and improve user stickiness and value;

4. Integrate internal and external resources of the company, plan and implement online and offline operation activities, design game playing methods and communication schemes, and increase the influence of active users;

5. Theme planning, rhythm control, organization and coordination of activities in the station;

6. Monitor, analyze and manage commodity, user and marketing data. Competitor brand and price research. Establish short-term and long-term planning, analysis and implementation evaluation in stages.

qualifications

1. College degree or above, more than 5 years working experience, proficient in network marketing; Strong perception of online shopping market;

2. Fully understand the e-commerce model and personally lead the team to handle business for more than 3 years, and be able to accurately grasp the sales opportunity to promote large sellers is preferred;

3. Skillfully use network marketing channels and skills. Rich experience in network marketing, with keen market insight and analysis ability. Full of passion, team spirit, able to work under pressure。
